At Metal Dance, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each item is carefully handmade, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at service@metaldance.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution as appropriate.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
